Returns & Exchanges

At Axel's Outpost, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Each piece must be in its original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
